IE11 Development Tools Fails to Load

This is a particular problem under Win7 (ie most of us) and an known issue with Mircosoft. It is caused by the Development Tools trying to load your last tools tab, if this happens to be Network then it is mostly likely to hang.

 TO CURE THIS

1. Open RegEdit
2. Navigate to  "HK\Current_User\Software\Mircosoft\F12
3. Modify  lastselectedpluginid to "0"

Remove Zombie Processes

Might not be needed, but IE11 under win7 seems very bad for this.

Task Manager --> Processes --> Kill all iexplorer processes.
